8. Right to Free Resolution

8.1. In accordance with article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, you have the right to terminate the purchase contract without incurring any additional costs, except return costs, within a period of 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods.

8.2. To exercise the right of free termination, you must inform us of your decision to terminate the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

8.3. The period for exercising the right of free resolution of 14 days starts from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Free Resolution

9.1. The right of free termination does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that have been personalized according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
