1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14th. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

2.1. Products must be in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.

2.2. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are used, damaged by the customer or not in their original packaging.

3. Return and Exchange Process

3.2. After the return or exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. It is the customer's responsibility to bear the shipping costs for the return or exchange, unless the product is defective.

4. Returns of Defective Products

4.1. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will request images of the product for evaluation. If the defect is confirmed, we will offer to exchange the product or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Refund Term

5.1. After we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 14 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6.1. If you do not receive a product within the stated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
