Shipping policy

1. How shipping works

Every Astredik piece is made to order and shipped directly by our production partner. That means no idle stock and no waste.

2. Delivery times

Portugal and the European Union: 6 to 8 business days from payment confirmation (production and transit).

Rest of the world: delivery time depends on the destination and is shown at checkout.

3. Shipping costs

• Portugal: €5.90. Free on orders from €70.
• European Union: €6.90. Free on orders from €70.
• Rest of the world: €14.90.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. They are charged by the destination country and paid by the customer.

4. Tracking

Once your order leaves production, you get an email with the tracking code.

5. Damaged or lost items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive on time, contact us with photos and your order number. We will replace the piece or refund you.
